How do I place my order? Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it’s on its way! I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status? Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status. I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order? When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it. To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number. To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you! I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet? First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts. Can’t find it? No panic, just contact us and one our customer representative will help you! I made a mistake on my order (address, size, etc)… can I change it? If this happens to you, just email us at [email protected] as soon as you can and we might be able care of it. However, we can’t make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we start as quickly as we can after you order and it ships out as soon as it’s finished. If your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and send it back to us at the following address with a note on the correct product needed: ATTENTION: EXCHANGES – MISTAKE.Once we receive it, we’ll send back the right item you needed. What type of t-shirts do you print on? We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation. The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased. Our primary print style is DTG. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This allows high quality and colorful designs. What materials does Life Wonderland use? T-Shirt: Seamless collar, taped neck and shoulders. Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems. Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease.
